UDO is our universal app for mobile processing (online & offline) of tasks in the form of forms/sketches/photos for more efficient, paperless work! How does UDO work? With UDO, any type of task, document or form can be edited and managed digitally in broadband projects “regardless of time and space”. Using an interface or via the systems web front end, both online and offline documents/forms/photos/sketches can be integrated, and orders, tasks and rights can be assigned to specific people. The connection and the error-free exchange, as well as the efficient transfer of data/information with third-party systems (e.g. with our network rollout management software DiPS-Glass fiber or a CRM) can be implemented at any time.Examples of possible applications:With UDO, you can also implement your individual solution for your procedure in order to make everyday work easier and paperless! For example, for order entry directly on site at the customer:If, for example, a municipal utility decides to send the sales team for the fiber optic end customer contracts directly to the customer, it requires a tool that queries the necessary data. With UDO, for example, the product contract, the SEPA direct debit mandate and the order to change providers can be generated without paper and these can then be transmitted to the CRM system provided for this purpose.Or for house connection inspections:Planned house connection inspections are carried out by the technical field service. UDO makes it possible to provide the technician with a clear overview of the agreed appointments on a mobile device. The technician can open and view the tasks or appointments assigned to him and edit the associated form, as well as integrate data, drawings and photos. With UDO, for example, the owners power of attorney, the placing of orders, the multi-section inspection and the house connection inspection are generated without paper and the data is transmitted to the respective CRM system for the further construction process.
